Position: [Junior] - Career Advisor in HCMC
Job Code: 127583
- Working location: Centec Tower, 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Vo Thi Sau Ward, Dist.3, HCMC, Vietnam
- Monthly Salary:Negotiable

Responsibility

Contribute to the job-seeking candidates by providing them with a better chance to develop themselves, and giving advice to let them think more deeply about their careers
・Search suitable candidates by using internal resources.
・Calling the existing Candidate List to update their working status
・Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
・Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.
・Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility of reaching success in their life, by providing the job market trends and information.
・Provide the suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply
・Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.
・Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
・Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment.
・Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

- Gender: Any
- Age: 22-23
- Educational Background: College Degree or above
- Language: English - Business Level
- Working Experiences:
・Fresh candidates who have a passion for recruitment and have several months of experience working as an intern or recruitment assistant staff/ in the recruitment field in a recruitment agency or a manufacturing/trading/logistics company.
・ Willing to chase Sales Target and KPI target
