Mô tả Công việc

- Working location: District 01, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND

Position Objective/Expectation

- General support for B2B business in Vietnam, purchasing IT hardware from manufacturers and selling it to local corporations as a B2B business.

Job Responsibilities

- Sales activities, including customer engagement, presales, and post-sales support
- Establish new relationships with Vietnamese suppliers and expand networks with makers in Vietnam
- Assist the company's regional team with all sales matters related to Vietnam
- Operate the Vietnam office, including general requirements and office administrative tasks

Specifics

- Connecting with customers and receiving order requests from overseas partners (mainly the UK, Europe, etc.)
- Preparing quotes and purchase orders (invoices are supported from the Japanese side)
- Supporting delivery
- Also visiting resellers, attending various meetings, and traveling as needed
(Mostly accepting orders, with 90% being passive customer support, and 10% representing the possibility of developing new customers in the future.)
*Relation & get Support from Malaysia, Japan, and Korea.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Necessary Skill / Experience:
・Language: English - Business level or above
(Will communicate with the European company and the Client group company)
・Experience: more than 3 years of experience in the sales of related IT hardware
- Having good knowledge of Hardware products
- Experience building customer relationships
- Experience with customer service, taking orders, and placing orders
- Ability to manage work independently from home.
- Ability to work from home and travel on business trips

Preferable Skill / Experience:
・Having experience in Hardware sales at a senior level
・Have good communication skills with a native speaker
・Can follow the delivery schedule and the ordering process
*After a certain period, there is a possibility of training abroad.
