- Working location: Tan Phuoc Ward, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～20,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities
1. Certification Management and Compliance
•   Food safety condition certification: Prepare document and procedures for the application and maintenance of the Certificate of Food Safety Condition (ATVSTP).
•   Product Self-Declaration: Directly execute the Self-Declaration process for each of the company’s product categories. Includes self-declaration of directly imported raw materials
•   FSSC 22000 System: Support the preparation of documents, development of documents, and system operation for the application, maintenance, and renewal of FSSC 22000 certification.
•   HALAL: Participate in the necessary preparation steps toward achieving HALAL certification in the future.
•   Legal Updates: Research, monitor, and ensure company compliance with current Vietnamese food safety laws and regulations.

2. Raw material and product document control
•   Labelling: Draft and verify product labels according to requirements from other departments (Sales, R&D).
•   Document Management: Store factory research files and Raw Material (RM) specifications from suppliers; track non-conformities following supplier audits. For raw materials, this includes inspecting raw material factories (if necessary) and checking the contents of specifications.
•   Product Standards: Draft Product Specifications for customers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biochemistry, or related fields
・Foreign Language:
• English - Conversational Level (Understand technical documents and basic communication.)
• Japanese - Basic communication in Japanese (optional)

・Experience:
• Practical experience in preparing ATVSTP dossiers and Product Self-Declarations.
• Solid understanding of the FSSC 22000 audit and certification process (preference for candidates who have worked with certification bodies).

・Skills:
•   Strong document drafting and administrative filing skills.
•   Ability to research legal documents and apply them to actual production.
•   Able to work proactively and independently.

・Attitude: Careful, honest, systematic thinking, and a high sense of responsibility regarding product safety.
