Mô tả Công việc

RGF's Client - Japanese company in Manufacturing industry - is looking for a Web Marketing Staff to manage social media and website content, design marketing materials, run digital advertising campaigns, analyze marketing performance, and support promotional events and exhibitions.

Working Location: An Khanh Ward, HCMC
Monthly Salary: 15,000,000 ～ 20,000,000 VND Gross

Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and company websites.
- Operate and maintain social media channels and online platforms.
- Design marketing materials, including images, banners, and promotional content.
- Shoot and edit simple promotional videos for marketing purposes.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analysis reports with improvement proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Design and coordinate the production of business cards, flyers, brochures, POP materials, exhibition stands, and other promotional materials.
- Manage and maintain the company showroom.
- Support marketing activities for exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

・商品・サービスの魅力を伝える画像制作および簡単な動画撮影・編集
・Facebook広告やデジタル広告キャンペーンの企画・運用
・マーケティング施策の効果分析、レポート作成、改善提案
・市場動向や競合情報の調査・分析
・販促物（名刺、チラシ、パンフレット、POP、展示用スタンド等）のデザイン・制作管理
・社内ショールームの運営・管理
・イベントや展示会に関するマーケティングサポート
・その他、上司から指示された関連業務

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's degree or above
・Language:
・Intermediate conversational level in English
OR
・Intermediate conversational level in Japanese
・Experience & Skills
・Around 3 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management
・Managing social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram
・Content planning and content creation
・Using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
・Sata analysis, report preparation, and marketing performance improvement
・Personality
・Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
・Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
・Willingness to conduct field visits and market research

Preferred Skill/ Experience
・Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
・Knowledge of SEO and website marketing

・言語：
・英語　中級会話レベル

・経験・スキル
