Mô tả Công việc

Make and review financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow.
Make internal reports of the month.
Financial statement (FS) VAS, IFRS (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and analysis cost.
Review VAT, PIT, CIT monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
Check, compare detailed accounting books with general accounting books.
Costing accounting in manufacturing company.
Fixed Asset, depreciation, bank, cash, inventory account.
Manage, check, confirm all documents related to receivable, payable transactions in compliance with regulations.
Manage and coach the team members.
Ensure that billing of goods and services accounts receivables, accounts payable, Loan, deposit are followed up and executed on a timely basis.
Checking all of documents before we make a payment.
Prepare document for tax inspection, tax finalization.
Deal with tax authorities, insurance department and government authorities.
Join the inventory physical count (if any): Upload files to SCM (receive files from other departments)
Support to complete some reports as our request when TOP Manager request.
Other jobs assigned up on the request of CFO.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Work location: Amata IP, Long Binh, Dong Nai
University degree in Accounting related fields
Professional Accounting qualification: ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
Language: English
Good accounting knowledge with minimum of 5-year work experience for the same position.
Tracking actual expenses, capex spending compared to budget.
Well versed in using office applications.
Confidence level to discuss and understand the requirements.
Leadership skills e.g. Strategic Thinking, Networking, Value Contribution
Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
