Mô tả Công việc

1. Daily

Receive online documents from the factory, print them out, and check to ensure that payment documents and booking are completed promptly before sending them to CA for approval.
Follow up with the team and ensure saving and filing of documents on time.
Pay VAT, import tax, FCT, etc.

2. Monthly

Monthly closing tasks: Check transactions related to monthly closing:
- Export the list of invoices from the Tax Department (input and output) and cross-check with the ERP system to ensure all invoices are recorded. For any missing invoices, inform the relevant departments and request clarification on why those invoices were not submitted to Accounting.
- Support AP in recording G&A expenses into the ERP system.
- Prepare VAT, PIT (office), and FCT reports.
Monthly reports:
- Prepare accrual expense reports.
- Support CA in preparing SG&A reports.
- Input data from the factory to calculate COGS.

3. Quarterly

Support CA in preparing FDI online reports and submitting them to BIZA.
Prepare PIT reports for GC.
Support the preparation of internal reports.

4. Yearly

Participate in inventory counting.
Support in providing data for internal and external audits.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Computer: Excellent skill for Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Working experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting (experience in manufacturing or FDI companies is an advantage).
Professional skills or certificate: (if any): Relevant certificates or licenses related to accounting or finance,Good communication skills., Strong organizational and multitasking skills., Good written communication skills., Ability to communicate in English is required.
