Mô tả Công việc

1/ JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax laws, VAS, and company policies.
Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to local authorities (e.g., GDT, Department of Statistics, etc.) and the foreign parent company.
Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, GL.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Ensure accurate and timely tax declarations and payments (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, etc.).
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and budget control.
Liaise with the foreign parent company on group reporting (consolidated report as required).
Manage year-end closing procedures and coordinate annual audit and CIT finalization.
Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting systems, and processes.
Guide and train the accounting team; ensure proper staffing and continuous development.
Act as the key contact for government inspections and financial-related inquiries.
Others task assigned by the General Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

2/ REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Chief Accountant Certificate (Vietnam) – mandatory.
Knowledge: Accounting and financial regulations.
Strong knowledge of VAS, Vietnam tax regulations, and IFRS is preferable
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ERP, CW1, SAP) and MS Office.
Skills: Proficiency in analytical, detail, and a high level of accuracy, Microsoft Office, and accounting software.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a relevant job; experience in a foreign logistics company is preferred.
Others: Ability to coordinate team members, self-motivated, proactive, and accurate.
Languages: Fluent English (Written and spoken)
