Mô tả Công việc

Handle Admin Task for Marketing Department
Support the whole MKT team to execute initiatives
Work with MKT team to execute all assigned events from preparation to payment stage in admin sides.
Support MKT team on their activities of logistics & accommodation, payment and others.
Work on monthly accrual for MKT.
Work with cross-functional teams: finance, Medical, Compliance, Accounting, HR…to update the changes to commercial team if any
Drafting and managing administrative documents related to business activities such as quotation, proposal, contract…
Manage office & arrange meeting room
Support on booking transportation and hotel for business trips of sales team (air ticket, car, hotel...)
Other office support tasks when needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years’ experience in Admin role for Sales / Marketing Department
Experience working with system to do contract and payment
Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate well with different level of people in both Vietnamese and English
Able to work under pressure
Good at the computer as work required
Independent, self-motivated with resourcefulness in problem solving
