Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate to manage and expand our Import & Export business related to agricultural commodities, fresh fruits, vegetables, and food products.

Import Business Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify strong buyers/importers for products such as Onion, Rice, Peanut, Corn, and other agricultural commodities.
  • Find new buyers in different City/Province and expand company import business in multiple markets.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and business contracts with buyers.
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with large importers, wholesalers, distributors, and bulk buyers to secure orders.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify additional profitable commodities beyond onions & above given commodities to increase company turnover and margins

Export Business Responsibilities:

  • Research which products from Vietnam have strong export potential in international markets.
  • Handle sourcing of export products directly from farmers, manufacturers, suppliers, or large companies at competitive prices.
  • Products may include:
    • Coffee
    • Cashew Nuts
    • Bananas
    • Coconut
    • Lime
    • Ginger
    • Other high-demand Vietnamese agricultural/Food products
  • Identify which countries have demand for these products.
  • Build export networks and generate new business opportunities.

Operations & Team Management:

  • Handle complete coordination from order generation till shipment completion.
  • Manage documentation related to international trade.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead and manage team members involved in import/export operations.
  • Solve operational challenges and ensure smooth business execution.

  • Documentation knowledge (Contracts, PO, LC , shipping docs etc preferred)
  • English communication required
  • Vietnamese language preferred
  • Chinese language is an added advantage
