• Coordinate closely with handling team, warehouse, airline and coload partners to ensure shipments are processed within the required cut-off times.
• Follow up with relevant teams & solve issues such as booking changes, cargo details discrepancies, customs declaration adjustments, weight mismatch or other special handling instructions.
• Provide on-ground service (sorting goods, red line inspection for custom declaration, ...) at a designated warehouse location.
• Key in shipment data and expenses into internal systems accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for submission to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Support the Supervisor/Manager in day-to-day execution of outbound processes, airfreight documentation, and customs procedures.
• Perform other operational tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Responsibilities may evolve depending on company needs and the candidate’s strengths.
• College or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in air cargo terminal handling especially export in forwarder/ logistics service company.
• With knowledge in air cargo operation, terminal handling processes, customs clearance procedures, multimodal transportation, dangerous goods regulation and air cargo documentation (both relating to forwarding & cargo airlines).
• Strong organizational skills, well-managed multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written) to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Having a sense of urgency, can-do and willing-to-do attitude even when faced with difficulties or challenges from others and able to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, being careful.
• Team player with a proactive & positive attitude.
• Willing to work shift, weekend, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internal logistics systems.
