Mô tả Công việc

· Co-ordinating to receive booking from customer, reserve space with airlines and send booking confirmation to customer and related parties

· Monitor on-site operation team to properly receiving cargo avoid missing assignment flight.

· Input HAWB information on airlines website (AMS/ICS sending) if need

· Entry data and make HAWB in OPS system

· Send HAWB (Excel file) to print and attached with cargo

· Issue security form, MAWB… if request

· Issue freight invoice for each shipment within 1 day from departure date

· Send pre

· Prepare report upon the request from the management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

§ Experience in forwarding business, Air freight export international operations (at least 1 year)

§ Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese

§ Good soft skills: communication, negotiation, problem solving

§ Sense of responsibility, teamwork

§ Motivated and ambitious with a clear view on desired career path.

§ Willing to learn and develop

§ Qualified references from within the industry and a proven track record is an advantage
