Mô tả Công việc

The Automation Assistant Manager is responsible for leading automation initiatives, managing team performance, and ensuring continuous improvement of automation systems and technologies. This role oversees automation projects, maintains robotics systems, drives KPI achievement, and ensures compliance with quality management standards.

1. Automation Project Management

  • Lead and control automation field projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Implement systems, processes, and standards that enable the team to meet goals and achieve long‑term sustainable results.
  • Deploy junior projects applying new technologies and energy‑saving solutions.
  • Coordinate with appropriate contractors for automation‑related projects.
  • Execute special projects assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD), ensuring timely and accurate completion.

2. Robotics System Oversight

  • Maintain optimal condition and performance of robotic systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance and maintenance plans for all robot equipment.
  • Monitor and optimize robotic system utilization to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Assign tasks and manage daily activities of the Automation team.
  • Empower and guide team members to achieve high performance and deliver expected results.
  • Drive team activities aligned with KPI and Continuous Improvement (CI) targets.
  • Conduct regular KPI/CI reviews to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform annual performance evaluations using standard assessment forms.
  • Train, mentor, and develop Automation staff to build technical capability and career growth.

4. Quality & ISO System Management

  • Ensure ISO standards and systems are effectively implemented within the department.
  • Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) training and communicate applicable requirements to department members.
  • Contribute to the creation, revision, and improvement of QMS documents.
  • Supervise the issuance and application of system documents to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in internal quality audits and corrective action planning.

5. Cross‑Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
  • Support Kaizen activities and productivity improvement initiatives across functions.

6. 3D Printing Room Management

  • Lead and manage all activities related to the 3D printing room.
  • Ensure proper operation, resource planning, and workflow control.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

Education & Working Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with electrical systems
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction companies
