Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (Open for Expat) is responsible for driving business growth through strategic opportunity development and end-to-end sales execution. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and developing long-term client partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and expand a strong pipeline of industrial clients (factories, FDI, industrial zones) by identifying, targeting, and converting high-potential accounts.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, build and manage a high-quality pipeline of rooftop solar projects to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine go-to-market approach and advise strategic direction.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain client relationships while expanding key accounts and networks to drive business growth, and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle to ensure seamless communication and high client satisfaction throughout the project journey.

3. Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Lead end-to-end deal execution from proposal development to contract closure, including pricing, commercial terms in line with the laws, the Company’s regulations
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to finalize bankable agreements (PPA, EPC)

4. Reporting

  • Deliver periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in industrial sales, renewable energy, or infrastructure.
  • Strong networks within industrial zones and experience working with manufacturing or FDI companies is an advantage.
  • Good understanding in Vietnam Renewable Energy market and fundamental process of getting permits to develop Renewable project is highly advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and results-oriented leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation, deal-closing, and client acquisition skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good English/ Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese communication is a plus.
  • Willing to travel as requested.
