Mô tả Công việc

1.Làm chương trình công nghệ gia công và bản vẽ cho tất cả sản phẩm.

Create part process programming and drawing for all production parts.

2. Truyền dữ liệu chương trình cho máy 3,4 và 5 trục.

Create programs for 3, 4 & 5 Axis Milling machines.

3. Chạy mô phỏng 3D sử dụng phần mềm CAD/CAM: Inventor, Mastercam.

3D Modelling using CAD/CAM: Inventor, MasterCAM Software.

4. Quyết định dụng cụ cắt và đồ gá.

Decide cutting tools and design fixtures.

5. Lập thời gian gia công cho từng nguyên công.

Set routing for operation in each case using caps turn software and machining experience.

6. Tiêu chuẩn hóa và thực hiện tham số cắt.

Standardize and implement cutting parameters.

7. Phối hợp với đồng nghiệp để đảm bảo chương trình cho các ca làm việc.

Coordination with colleagues to ensure CNC program for all shifts.

8. Liên tục cải tiến các chương trình, bản vẽ để đạt hiệu xuất trong sản xuất với chất cao.

Continuous Improvement of programming and drawing to achieve production quantity at high quality.

9. Một số nhiệm vụ khác được quản lý giao.

Any other task, role, or responsibility as advised by the manager occasionally.

10. Hiểu quy trình, quy định an toàn và tuân theo hệ thống quản lý an toàn.

Adhere to safety procedures and policies by the safety management system.

11. Hiểu quy trình, quy định và tuân theo hệ thống quản lý ISO 9002.

Adhere to quality procedures and policies by the ISO9002 quality assurance system.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành cơ khí chế tạo máy.

Graduate university, major: Mechanical

- Ưu tiên có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên

More than 1 year of experience is preferable

- Hiểu về máy móc, gia công, công cụ và sản phẩm.

Machining, Machines, Tooling, Product.

- Đọc bản vẽ là yêu cầu bắt buộc.

Read Drawing.

- Vẽ lên bản vẽ 2D, 3D là yêu cầu bắt buộc.

Make Drawing In Cad 2D & 3D.

- Kỹ năng máy tính (Cơ bản, AutoCAD, Word, Excel).

Computer (Basic, AutoCAD, Excel, Word).

- Tìm ra lỗi và biện pháp khắc phục.

Find out faults and remedies.

- Hiểu biết về An toàn và chất lượng của dụng cụ.

Safety and quality knowledge on Tooling.

- Tiếng Anh: Intermediate.

English: Intermediate

- Có kiến thức về sản xuất tinh gọn (LEAN).
