Mô tả Công việc

Perform daily cash reconciliation and revenue.
Support in managing the organization's bank relationships and POS management.
Apply daily payment and deposit matching to actual cashflows.
Support in facilitating the company’s cash movements.
Support cash flow forecasting including management of working capital requirements.
Daily update bank statements
Manage and ensure all daily financial transactions are recorded in accounting system
Liaise with banks on banking facilities, products and manage banking relationship
Issue VAT invoice, refund and follow aging balance of Insurance direct billing segment
Handle refund to customers
Other ad-hoc tasks required by upper levels.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
2 years’ experience with the position of Cash accounting for retail (Preferable).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skill.
Good interpersonal and detailed-oriented person.
Have ability to manage high-volume workloads and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and a positive working attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, ERP and other tools.
