Mô tả Công việc

Theo dõi và cập nhật tình trạng đơn hàng, đảm bảo đúng tiến độ và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
(Track and update order status, ensuring timelines and customer requirements are met.)
Chuẩn bị và gửi báo giá phù hợp với yêu cầu từ khách hàng và đối tác.
(Prepare and send quotations aligned with customer and partner requirements.)
Thu thập, tổng hợp thông tin, và hoàn thiện hồ sơ thầu theo đúng quy định và tiêu chuẩn.
(Collect, consolidate information, and complete bidding documents in compliance with regulations and standards.)
Lập các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình công việc, tiến độ dự án, và hiệu quả hoạt động.
(Generate periodic reports on work status, project progress, and operational performance.)
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý hoặc công ty.
(Carry out other tasks as assigned by management or the company.)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng | Job Requirements

Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên các ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại Thương, Logistics, hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
(College or University graduation in Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.)
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm làm việc trong mảng xuất nhập khẩu, logistics.
(At least 1 year of working experience in import-export or logistics.)
Sử dụng thành thạo Internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), và các phần mềm chuyên môn.
(Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Office, and specialized software.)
Ưu tiên ứng viên nữ.
(Female candidates are preferred.)
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thương lượng và thuyết phục tốt.
(Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.)
Có kỷ luật, cẩn thận, năng động, có tinh thần cầu tiến và học hỏi.
(Disciplined, detail-oriented, dynamic, and eager to learn and improve.)
Thích nghi tốt, tự quản lý hiệu quả, chịu được áp lực công việc.
