· Source and attract suitable candidates based on the company's recruitment requirements through job websites, Facebook, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen and shortlist candidate CVs for interview arrangements.
· Notify candidates of interview results and process recruitment procedures in accordance with company regulations.
· Support the planning and organization of recruitment events, seminars, and job fairs at universities to enhance the company's employer brand and attract potential candidates.
· Organize orientation training programs for new employees.
· Process recruitment and training-related expenses.
· Prepare reports and handle other tasks as required by Management.
1. Requirements:
· From Age 23+
· Gender: Male/Female
· University graduate with relevant majors
· Good English communication skills
· At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
· Strong Excel skills, especially in data management and report preparation
