Mô tả Công việc

JOB PURPOSE:

Develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes by analyzing and resolving product development issues through data-driven problem solving, executing trial machining runs to ensure surface finish and dimensional accuracy, and delivering high-quality samples with complete PPAP documentation throughout the development phase.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and validate CNC (5 axis) machining processes for carbon fiber/ composite parts (milling, turning, drilling, etc.).
Define and optimize machining parameters (feeds, speeds, depth of cut, tool paths, coolant type, etc.).
Create and update process documentation: Process Flow, Control Plans, Work Instructions (WI), and setup sheets.
Conduct time studies and implement line balancing to improve productivity and cycle time.
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and improve process capability.
Develop and optimize CNC (5 axis) programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX,…).
Select and validate cutting tools, holders, and fixtures suitable for part geometry and material.
Manage and control tool life, tool inventory, and replacement strategies.
Support maintenance and calibration of CNC machines, fixtures, and measuring equipment

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, automotive engineering or mechantronics.
Hands-on experience in using 2D/3D software.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing, operating CNC 5 axis machine.
Proficient in CNC programming (e.g., Siemens, Hash, Fanuc.).
Familiar with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Basic understanding of automation and robotic integration (advantage).
Working knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP is desired.
Strong analytical & problem-solving (8D, 5Why, FMEA), and communication skills.
