Work Location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the customer side and internal factory always be connected to avoid any miscommunication. Convey customer demand, find the right person in charge and provide timely action. “Customer-first” is the discipline that this role needs to bear in mind always, the prompt action we take and service quality we provide may possibly decide how fast the company business grow and how concrete the relationship with customers stand.

Manage customer orders in SAP/CMP, including order entry, timely order confirmation, and delivery schedule follow-up.
Maintain and update CRD (Customer Requested Delivery) and proactively communicate delivery status and shipment alerts to customers.
Create and monitor Delivery Notes (DNs) in SAP to ensure on-time shipment in line with customer commitments.
Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) requests: create tickets, track FAR, arrange replacement/return shipments, and provide regular status updates.
Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to support credit management and follow up on overdue payments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, prefer in Foreign Language, Business, Trade, Supply Chain Management or equivalent specializations.• Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Import/export in a manufacturing setting.
2+ year of experience on customer service in manufacturing company which focus on problem analysis and resolution on customer-related issues
Experience with networked PC based computer systems.
Excellent English skills, especially Oral & Writing skills.
