Mô tả Công việc

Fashion Design Support

Assist in sketching, moodboard creation, and trend/market research.
Prepare CADs, color-ups, and design presentations for internal reviews.
Support the development of new silhouettes, trims, and design details.

Textile & Material Understanding

Research and propose fabrications, ﬁnishes, and sustainable material options.
Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility.

Cross-Functional Collaborations

Liaise with product development, pattern, and production teams to ensure design
intent is translated accurately into samples and ﬁnal products.
Assist in preparing technical packs, design boards, and internal documentation.
Participate in ﬁttings, noting adjustments and updating design ﬁles as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Degree in Fashion Design is preferrable.
1–3 years experience in a fashion design or related creative role (internships included).
Strong understanding of fashion design principles, textiles, and garment construction.
Having good knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D design software (CLO, Browzwear, or similar) is a great plus.
Good sense of typography, layout, and graphic design for multi-channel communication is preferrable.
Fluent in Vietnamese and good English skill.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for learning new things
Candidates must provide a design or creative portfolio to be considered for this role.
