- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and others as required.
- Maintain website content, covering both product details and corporate information.
- Create product and company-related content as directed by the Department Head.
- Handle customer service across all business platforms, compile feedback, and manage order-related issues.
- Gather data and reports as requested.
- Perform additional tasks under the guidance of the Department Head.
* WORKING TIME:
- Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: University Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
- Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce content writing, preferably for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.
- Knowledge: Knowledge about the US market will be trained.
- Language: Strong English writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive product description
