ROLES:
This role involves creating compelling and accurate product content, including written descriptions and high-quality images, to optimize the online shopping experience for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage product information on all online Platform
· Constantly change product display on homepage when new products are added.
· Constantly check if products are uploaded following the collection drops/ sale promotions.
· Constantly check if product price changes on new shipments and inform the team to update.
· Constantly check if uploaded products followed brands’ guidelines.
· Constantly check if uploaded products meet expectations.
Product Content:
· Generate high-quality and accurate product descriptions in English & Vietnamese, specifications, and features
· Collaborate with Brands Product & Marketing teams to gather relevant information for content creation.
· Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all product listings
· Ensure that all content meets brand guidelines and industry standards.
Content Optimization:
· Implement SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and search rankings.
· Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms for product optimization.
· Continuously monitor and update product content to align with SEO strategies and trends.
· Other task assigned by line manager.
