As an ERP Application Supervisor, you're responsible for overseeing the functional performance of the ERP system, particularly Business Central, coordinating enhancements and deployments, and ensuring that ERP applications effectively support business operations. This role bridges ERP team and business stakeholders, enabling process optimization, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Maintenance
• Oversee daily ERP operations to ensure system stability and performance.
• Manage configuration changes, master data integrity, and module updates.
• Coordinate with external ERP vendors and internal IT team for issue resolution.
Process & User Support
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand operational needs and translate into ERP
solutions.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Develop user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and process documentation.
Enhancement & Projects
• Lead ERP enhancement initiatives, upgrades, and integration with other systems.
• Validate functional requirements, test new features, and manage deployment.
• Ensure change requests are documented, approved, and implemented properly.
Governance & Control
• Ensure data quality, proper workflow configuration, and user access security.
• Monitor compliance with IT and corporate governance policies.
• Support audits and data integrity checks.
Training & User Adoption
• Train end users and support key users for continuous system utilization.
• Promote best practices and standardization of workflows.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
• Experience with ERP applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Understanding of database structures, system logic, and data flows.
• Have at least 4 years’ experience working in a similar function, especially ERP (Microsoft Business Central) support functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations).
• Project management and change-management experience is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured planning and organizational capabilities.
