Mô tả Công việc

Coordinate and work directly with vendors, exhibitors, partners, and stakeholders before, during, and after events.
Monitor and implement event/project tasks, break down work scopes, supervise progress, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Research and source suitable venues, performers, photographers, and other service providers to best meet project requirements.
Plan and execute booking activities; communicate and maintain relationships with artists, KOLs, media, and press partners.
Track and manage the production of event materials (banners, backdrops, standees, gift boxes, printed materials, flyers, etc.), ensuring quality, specifications, and deadlines are met.
Evaluate overall event performance and prepare post-event reports.
Prepare clear and well-organized documents such as reports, checklists, summaries, and project management files to support efficient teamwork and execution.
Support event-related administration tasks including contracts, logistics, and coordination when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
Female candidates aged 25–35 are preferred.
At least 2–3 years of experience in event organization or related positions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to create proposals is an advantage.
Experience in event planning, concept development, and project execution.
Willing to travel for business when required.
Able to work independently and as part of a team; capable of handling high work pressure and flexible working hours when needed.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and passionate about the event industry.

Working hours: Monday to Friday and half of Saturday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Saturdays may be off with pay or flexible depending on project requirements.
Working location: Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
