Mô tả Công việc

1/ Sales:

· Support the Commercial Manager in Sales of Malt and By Product.

· Keeping up to date records of Sales.

· Working with BA team in new vendor creation in SAP system

· Support the implementation, operation, and continual improvement of SAP system.

· Work with the Logistic team. Operations and Sales to ensure customer deliveries and documentation meet customer requirements.

· Check and file all Commercial Contracts and ensure they meet requirements.

· Send Sales documents and Track customer payment to avoid overdue debt.

2/ Logistics:

· Working with forwarder for getting quotation, booking for export shipment.

· Making shipping documents and other required documents to send to customer.

· Arranging with service provider to carry out the phytosanitary, health inspection to get certificates on time.

· Sending and following up document sending to customers/recipients.

· Following up the delivery till completing.

· Receiving the complaint from customer and forward to relevant parties for solving, in case.

· Checking and filing all related documents for audit purpose.

3/ Other Assigned Tasks:

· Support Commercial Manager/Senior Director in preparation of monthly report.

· Maintain full tracking spreadsheet for consumption and purchase.

. Ensure all materials procurement contracts are up to date and sent to Head Quarter.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University degree or above; Logistics, Science, Business, Finance, Trading
  • High fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Good computer literacy (MS office) 
  • At least (3) - year working experience in commercial department, logistics or freight business ideally including in exporting business
  • Good communication & ability to work under high pressure
  • Patience but insistence in any circumstances
  • Ability to work with numeric
  • Customer service skills
