Introduction:

KHUMSUB is a one-stop solution partner, managing the entire sourcing process from vendor selection to following up on shipment schedules on behalf of our clients. We support our clients in strategic sourcing activities of food items throughout Asia through our companies in Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Pakistan, and India. Together with our production partners we offer the complete range of products, such as fresh to canned fruit, fresh and canned meat/seafood/fish items, snacks and private label solutions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Representative to join our team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new export sales opportunities for our food products, developing client and vendor relationships, while ensuring on-schedule delivery of products and compliance with specifications and certifications.

Responsibilities:

● Follow-up on online and offline leads

● Identify requirements of existing and newly generated accounts

● Coordinate requirements with oversea clients

● Identifying suitable sourcing options based on client requirements - domestically and internationally

● End-to-end management of shipping plans

● Identifying trade opportunities and new market to expand the business

● Site visits and supplier audits to ensure that the goods are shipped as per specification

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

● Bachelor degree in Food Science or Food Biotechnology.

● Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Export Sales (Food business is preferable).

● Self-motivated, independent, strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

● Fluent in English, additional foreign language preferred.

● Skilled in Microsoft Office.

● Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

● Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines.

Working Hours:

· Monday – Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm) with 1 hour break
