Processing and booking incoming invoices

Maintaining financial administration, documents, and archives

Checking if invoices match orders/agreements

Monitoring payment terms

Contact suppliers regarding payments or discrepancies

(Potential future responsibilities)

Processing bank transactions (reconciling payments and receipts)

Preparing simple financial reports

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial administrative role
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
Experience in a trading or international company is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available full-time
