General Accountant

1.1. Professional Duties | Công việc chuyên môn

• Check, record and summarize all arising accounting transactions.
  Kiểm tra, hạch toán và tổng hợp toàn bộ nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  Theo dõi công nợ phải thu – phải trả.
• Control revenue, expenses and costing.
  Kiểm soát doanh thu, chi phí, giá thành.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  Lập báo cáo tài chính tháng, quý, năm.
• Prepare VAT, PIT and CIT tax reports in accordance with regulations.
  Lập báo cáo thuế GTGT, TNCN, TNDN theo quy định.
• Reconcile internal data and with tax authorities and banks.
  Đối chiếu số liệu nội bộ và với cơ quan thuế, ngân hàng.
• Monitor fixed assets and tools/equipment.
  Theo dõi tài sản cố định, công cụ dụng cụ.
• Maintain accounting records and documents properly.
  Quản lý hồ sơ, chứng từ kế toán đúng quy định.

1.2. Control & Compliance | Kiểm soát & Tuân thủ

• Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data.
  Đảm bảo số liệu chính xác, minh bạch.
• Update timely tax and accounting regulations.
  Cập nhật kịp thời các quy định pháp luật về thuế – kế toán.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and auditors when required.
  Phối hợp làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán (khi có).

1.3. Other Duties | Công việc khác

• Support the Management Board in financial analysis.
  Hỗ trợ Ban Giám đốc trong việc phân tích tài chính.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
