Mô tả Công việc

GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (3~5 years experience)

*.Daily Accounting & GL: Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain General Ledger (GL) in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

*.Monthly Closing: Prepare and execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities (including AR, AP, and bank reconciliations).

*.Reporting: Prepare monthly financial data and standard reporting packages for management review.

*.Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit statutory tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT) and support tax audit preparations.

*.Audit Support: Assist in providing required documents and schedules to external and internal auditors.

*.Operation Support: Support monthly payroll processing, social insurance administration, and basic HR/Admin tasks as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements

*.Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience in General Accounting (experience in Logistics/Forwarding industry is a strong plus).

*.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields. Skills:

*.Solid knowledge of VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations.

*.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

*.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

*.Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English

*.Attributes: A proactive team player with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
