JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales Accounting & E-commerce Platform Reconciliation

Monitor and record sales revenue from e-commerce platforms such as:
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
Reconcile orders, including:
- Successful orders
- Returned and cancelled orders
Reconcile platform-related fees, including:
- Platform service fees
- Shipping fees
- Advertising fees
Issue VAT invoices in compliance with regulations.

2. Accounts Receivable / Payable & Payment

Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable for:
- Suppliers
- E-commerce platforms, etc.
Review and reconcile bank statements and e-wallet transactions.

3. Tax & Reporting

Prepare and submit tax filings, including:
- Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Liaise with tax authorities when required.

4. Social Insurance (SI)

Handle employee social insurance matters, including:
- Increase/decrease declarations
- Adjustment of social insurance information
- Preparation and submission of documents for sickness and maternity benefits
Monitor, reconcile, and finalize social insurance payments.

5. Other Duties

Review the validity and accuracy of invoices and accounting documents.
Maintain and archive accounting records.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a General Accountant
(experience in e-commerce is an advantage).
Strong understanding of:
- Reconciliation processes for Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
- Platform fees, COD, and product returns
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software
(experience with Odoo is a plus).
Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
Ability to work independently and manage the full accounting function.
