TBC-BALL HOLDING IN HONGKONG: 50%

Accounting and relevant jobs:

Proceed G/R Aluminum (FI module)
AP mapping
Issue invoice to customer (TBC-Ball VN)
Collect AR
Monitor accrual and prepaid expense
Calculate interest income
Posting accounting transaction into SAP
Perform accounting book closing and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare Balance sheet, Income statement
Complete group accounting package (by 7th and 11th)
Provide information for internal auditor when questioned
Prepare P&L forecast
Prepare Budget

Tax & compliance

Submit tax filling by 15 August
Proceed tax payment
Submit transfer pricing documentation
Prepare document for external audit

Company Secretary

Update Annual Return in every December
Update changes in Board of Director (if any)
Record minutes of meeting and making meeting slide.

TBC-BALL Vietnam: 50%

Review monthly FCT, VAT return, support for VAT refund
Do physical inventory check, prepare document for calculate PIT
Post AP transaction when requested
Post salary expense every end of month
Prepare ICP report, input BS, PL for group package
Prepare document for external auditor
Monitor, analyze AR, AP, inventory aging reports
Investigate issues and propose actions

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Experience:

Graduated from University specialize in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
At least 2 years in a General Accounting position
Experience working with SAP is an advantage

Skills:

Good at VAS, IFRS and tax regulation
Analytical thinking and attention to details
Ability of working under pressure and meet deadline
Good communication and team work
Fluency in English communication
