Mô tả Công việc

A. Teaching & Learning

Deliver the prescribed number of English teaching hours, focusing on communication, vocabulary, and play-based learning methodologies.
Collaborate closely with the International Teacher and Homeroom Teacher.
Consistently use English in the classroom and create ample opportunities for children to use English.
Prepare appropriate lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning aids.
Monitor and assess children's progress in English and provide periodic reports.

B. Childcare & Supervision

Participate in daily routines, including receiving children, meal times, nap time, and toilet duties.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Support the International Teacher in classroom management.
Observe and respond to the individual needs of each child.

C. Collaboration & Communication

Maintain positive and proactive communication with parents.
Participate in team meetings, exchange ideas with colleagues, and attend training sessions.

D. Administrative Duties

Maintain class records, attendance, and student portfolios.
Assist in preparing teaching resources and decorating the classroom.

Required Experience

Previous childcare experience is a distinct advantage.
Genuine love for children, patient, and dedicated.

Required Education and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
Proficient in English communication (equivalent to CEFR B2 level or above).
