Mô tả Công việc

Responsible for pushing the Sales and Customer Service team to achieve sales goal.
Utilize Salesforce to prepare reports, charts, and other statistics to support sales department; collect data from Salesforce and analyzes data to evaluate current sales process. Provide deep dive analysis to guide sales decision making.
Working with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules.
Be responsible for calculating and checking bonus and commission for sales and customer service department.
Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training.
Strong network of and good will among Decision Makers (VP, CXO etc.), especially in HR.
Support on sales management and goal setting, conduct weekly and monthly sales pipeline reviews to track performance against revenue goal.
Responsible for the orientation training of foreign employees and supervise the work flow of the sales department.
Interview BDR candidates.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.).
Any Graduate with good communication skills in Chinese and English language is a must.
1 year of compensation, HR, sales or business development experience.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales prospecting tools.
International work experience, near native proficiency in spoken and written English.
Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team.
Work cross-functionally within sales and other departments throughout the organization.
Aggressive, motivated and customer-oriented.
Continuously strive to learn survey processes and the full portfolio of products and services.
Human Resources related experience, products, services and/or prior survey knowledge a plus.

Benefit:

Salary + Bonus: From 25,000,000 VND/month (depending on skills and experience)
Working location: Paragon Building, No. 3 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Provided with a desktop computer and necessary working equipment.
Full participation in Vietnamese Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance as per labor law.
