To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Manager based in Asia (with Vietnam as home base) who wants to help build a professional yet people-oriented HR approach, where employees and managers feel fully supported.
What will your role look like?
As HR Manager Asia, you are the central HR point of contact for our companies across Asia (approximately 20 employees). Based in the region, you take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and salary administration.
A snapshot of your responsibilities:
· You take daily ownership of all HR topics across our Asian entities
· You manage the full recruitment process, from intake meetings with managers to offer proposals and onboarding
· You ensure accurate follow-up of contracts, personnel files, payroll input and salary administration
· You report on FTE, personnel costs and workforce changes across the region
· You act as the first point of contact for employees regarding various HR-related questions
· You actively gather input from the different entities and align with site and department managers
· You escalate HR bottlenecks, risks and opportunities to the Global HR Manager
· You support your HR colleagues with general HR administration
In addition, you map the current HR set-up, help streamline processes and contribute to the further rollout and embedding of our global HR vision across Asia. In this role, you report directly to the Global HR Manager.
