Import Export Specialist (Temp- 12 Month Contract)

Tiếp nhận và xử lý đơn hàng xuất khẩu

• Tiếp nhận đơn hàng xuất khẩu từ bộ phận Kinh doanh.
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan (Sản xuất, Kho, Kế toán…) để triển khai và theo dõi đơn hàng theo đúng kế hoạch giao hàng đã cam kết với khách hàng.

Quản lý chứng từ xuất khẩu

• Lập, kiểm tra và hoàn thiện đầy đủ bộ chứng từ xuất khẩu như hợp đồng, hóa đơn, packing list, vận đơn, chứng nhận xuất xứ hàng hóa (C/O)…
• Đảm bảo tính chính xác, hợp lệ và tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật, yêu cầu của khách hàng và thị trường xuất khẩu.

Khai báo hải quan xuất khẩu

• Thực hiện khai báo hải quan điện tử, theo dõi tiến trình thông quan và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh để đảm bảo hàng hóa được thông quan đúng tiến độ.

Điều phối vận chuyển quốc tế

• Làm việc với hãng tàu, hãng hàng không, công ty giao nhận (forwarder) để đặt chỗ và sắp xếp lịch trình vận chuyển phù hợp.
• Theo dõi tình trạng lô hàng trong suốt quá trình vận chuyển và phối hợp xử lý các rủi ro phát sinh (nếu có).

Thanh toán quốc tế

• Hỗ trợ các thủ tục thanh toán qua L/C, T/T hoặc các phương thức khác theo điều khoản hợp đồng.

Công việc khác

• Phối hợp với các bên liên quan nhằm đảm bảo sự hài lòng cao nhất của khách hàng về tiến độ giao hàng, chất lượng sản phẩm và độ chính xác của thông tin.

Receive and Process Export Orders

• Receive export orders from the Sales team.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments (Production, Warehouse, Accounting, etc.) to execute and monitor orders in accordance with committed delivery schedules.

Export Document Management

• Prepare, review, and complete export documentation such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin (C/O).
• Ensure all documents are accurate, valid, and compliant with legal regulations, customer requirements, and destination market standards.

Customs Declaration

• Perform electronic customs declarations, monitor clearance progress, and resolve any arising issues to ensure timely shipment release.

International Transportation Coordination

• Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders to book space and arrange appropriate transportation schedules.
• Track shipment status throughout the transportation process and coordinate to handle any risks or unexpected issues.

International Payment

• Assist with payment procedures via L/C, T/T, or other methods according to contract terms.

Others

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in delivery, product quality, and information accuracy.
