Mô tả Công việc

* Documentation: Prepare, review, and proceed essential shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), agreement letter, official document.

* Customs Procedures: Complete customs declarations (using software like ECUS/VNACCS), determine accurate HS Codes, and calculate applicable duties and taxes.

* Delivery time: Work with relating departments to get information of goods and inform delivery schedule to factory.

* Certificates of Origin (C/O): Prepare documents (List of materials, Bills of Lading, customs declaration, manufacturing process...) for C/O: AK, VJ, EUR.1... and submit C/O on the systems of The Ministry of Industry and Trade.

* Logistics Coordination: work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and trucking companies to book cargo space, arrange transportation, and track shipment status.

* Report: Input accurate records to monthly reports on import-export activities for management.

* Assisting with tasks as requested by management.

.Job Requirements

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

* Experience: at least 02 years experience in import-export field.

. Skills:

* English communication.

* Understanding of incoterms and customs regulations.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), customs declaration software.
