Mô tả Công việc

Receive and manage orders from customers, mainly hospitality project clients (hotel/resort/apartment projects).
Coordinate with internal teams (technical design, purchasing, QC, planning, production, logistics...) from sample development to mass production.
Follow up samples, model room setup, PPS approval, and ensure readiness for production.
Monitor production progress and shipment schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
Follow customer payments, credit terms, and credit limits.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries on quality, production, and delivery.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Prepare reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related majors;
3+ years of experience in Sales / Merchandising / Account Manager in furniture manufacturing, preferably hospitality/indoor furniture for US/EU markets;
Good knowledge of order follow-up, sample development, production process, and export procedures;
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Experience in developing new customers and handling overseas accounts is a plus;
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Responsible, meticulous, and customer-oriented.

Working time: Monday – Friday (7:30 – 4:30)
