Mô tả Công việc

- Research the server market in Vietnam, stay updated on the latest technology trends, competitor offerings and customer needs.

- Analyze technical requirements in tender documents, coordinate documentation and ensure compliant and timely submissions.

- Consult with customers to understand business and technical needs; design and recommend optimal server, storage, network, CCTV solutions.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations, solution demonstrations, proof of concept sessions to support sales activities.

- Address technical feedback from customers and provide clear solution comparisons with competitors.

- Configure systems, prepare quotations, BOMs, and technical proposals in collaboration with the sales team.

- Liaise with vendors/manufacturers for product updates, pricing, certifications, and special project support.

- Support sales negotiations by providing technical justifications and assisting in clarifying customer queries.

- Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to internal teams to enhance sales capability.

- Maintain detailed project and solution documentation, ensuring smooth handover to post-sales or implementation teams.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Knowledge/experience at least 3 years in servers, storage, CCTV, or surveillance systems.
- Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge technical solutions with business value.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and security solutions.

- Experience working with major vendors such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Hikvision, or equivalent.
- Preferred: Fluent in English communication; experience with bid documents or technology project implementation.

Founded in 1980, GRC began its days as an industrial equipment importing/marketing firm with full integration of application engineering and system implementation services. With a particular emphasis in environmental protection, and manufacturing processing applications, we provided our solutions in waste water treatment and chemical processing system to chemical plants and oil refineries.

In the early 90s came the rise of Taiwan’s semiconductor fabrication and design industry. Subsidized by the government, Taiwan began its push to establish its own Silicon Valley. GRC took part in this revolution as pioneers in offering environmental protection solutions to regulate waste emission to satisfy the stringent policy of emission regulation. GRC has delivered more than 100 projects to this date.

At the same time GRC also expanded its organization to develop railway signalling engineering capabilities in anticipation to Taiwan ’s eventual need to implement a mass rapid transit system to facilitate efficient inner city traffic distribution. GRC has committed itself to provide exceptional excellence in railway engineering since the very first metro line in Taiwan to every rapid transit project that followed. Today, GRC operates in Taiwan,Hong Kong,Vietnam and Bangkok. In total, GRC has serviced 9 mass rapidtransit networks in Asia with a combined distance of 650km single track length.
