Mô tả Công việc

Make necessary setting for company on Accounting, tax
Manage daily Accounting & Finance activities in compliance with regulations in Vietnam & company policy. ;
Review & prepare monthly reports, quarterly report to BOD & HQ timely ;
Prepare & manage periodical tax reports during fiscal year & finalized reports including license tax, invoice report, VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT & TP ;
Review & follow up budget and actual of profit and loss ;
Review & control financial plan & cash-flow ;
Work with internal, external auditor ;
Contributing to the development of operation goals, objectives, and systems
Organizing and directing all aspects of the accounting department including internal controls, budget, payment and investment;
To ensure that all tax matters are treated in a proper manner and in compliance with related legislation.
To develop and maintain orderly accounting systems and participate in regulating the generally accepted accounting standards
Provides financial advice and support to help senior executives make key decisions.
To prepare financial reports to highlight to management all aspects of the group’s operating and accounting systems, internal control, etc. on a timely basis or on requisition.
Manage, train & supervise subordinates
Do other assigned tasks as per request from General Director and the management board.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor Degree, preferably Major in Finance or accounting.
At least 10 years experience.
Candidates holding CA, CPA certificate or with strong background in tax will be preferred.
Prior experience in Japanese company is a plus.
Have knowledge of transportation accounting, import and export.
Know how to use MCframaGA accounting software is an advantage.
Strong knowledge about Vietnamese laws, taxes,…
Fluent spoken and written in English.
Good communications, computer knowledge, organizational skills, negotiation skills, problem solving ability, analytic, good planning.
