About the Role:

The Demand & Supply Planning (Junior Associate) will support the Demand & Supply Planning Supervisor in managing demand forecasts, supply planning, and inventory levels. You will ensure that the right products are available at the right time while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning

• Analyze sales data from the past 3–6 months to create sales forecasts for each SKU.
• Track and compare Forecast vs Actual sales to evaluate forecast accuracy and suggest adjustments when needed.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance for each SKU and update forecasts when necessary.
• Maintain and update Master Data (SKU information, lead time, MOQ, DOI, etc.) to ensure accurate data for planning.

Supply Planning

• Create weekly or monthly purchase plans for each SKU based on the sales forecast and supplier lead time.
• Track Purchase Orders (POs) and inbound delivery schedules, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure products arrive on time.
• Calculate and adjust safety stock levels to reduce the risk of out-of-stock while keeping inventory efficient.

Inventory Management

• Prepare and monitor daily reports on inventory levels, incoming stock, sales-in, and sales-out.
• Maintain appropriate Days of Inventory (DOI) for each SKU to optimize inventory while maintaining a good service level.
• Work with the Finance team and Brand team to check and reconcile warehousing and logistics costs.
• Track damaged goods and inform the Brand team for further action or product withdrawal.
• Monitor and report products that are close to expiry so related teams can plan sales activities.
