Mô tả Công việc

The role involves creating and coordinating content for partnerships and community activities, working closely with Social Media, Community, Creative, and KOL teams.

Media Content & Community

Collaborate with the Social Media team to develop content for partnership/activation/community programs.
Scripting, concepting and arranging the content take and make necessary preparation.
Coordinate closely with Community, Campaign, Creative and other departments as needed.
Able to handle a lot of project and various KOL/talent
Work with the KOL team to create content and operate the Soco Network.
Be responsible for analyzing performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of design using Canva and simple image/video editing.
Basic knowledge in videography and photography is a plus.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, community management, or activation.
Certificates in Trade Marketing, Project Management, Content Creation, or Videography/Photography are a plus.
Experience working with KOLs/talents and exposure to FMCG/beauty/retail industries is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and creative thinking (concept & storytelling).
Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage.
Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
English: Able to communicate effectively.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Workspace, PowerPoint; intermediate skills in Canva/Adobe.
Willing to support weekend events when required.
