Job in summary

The KAM will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting product commercialization. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to ensure that the right products reach the right customers at the right value.

Key Responsibilities

Market and Customer Research

  • Research and analyze customers across different geographies to identify business opportunities.
  • Assess market size, competitive landscape, product trends, and prevalent offerings.
  • Study value chain pricing to ensure product competitiveness and accurate value proposition.
  • Provide actionable insights to management to guide product positioning and market strategy.

Customer Management

  • Handle customer inquiries end-to-end, from initial discussion to final delivery.
  • Develop tailored product offerings based on customer needs and application requirements.
  • Manage pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate commercial documentation.
  • Oversee artwork management, packaging coordination, and compliance documentation as part of order execution.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring high service standards and responsiveness.

Supplier Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply reliability.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers based on emerging customer or market requirements.
  • Collaborate with quality, R&D, and procurement teams to evaluate and qualify new sources.
  • Support cost optimization and supplier performance improvement initiatives.

Product Commercialization

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support product trials, sampling, and launch readiness...
  • Track post-launch performance to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English, Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • Expertise in B2B food ingredient sales, business development, and account management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while being self-driven, proactive, and aggressive in pursuing goals.
