Kỹ Sư Thiết Kế/ Designer Engineer

• Bộ phận: Nghiên cứu phát triển (R&D) 
• Quản lý trực tiếp: Tổng Giám đốc 
• Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 – Thứ 7 cách tuần

• Thiết kế sản phẩm đúng yêu cầu khách hàng, đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh.

• Nhận thông tin cần thiết để phát triển sản phẩm mới. 
• Tiếp nhận và phân tích thông tin, thiết kế thông tin về sản phẩm mới. 
• Thực hiện thiết kế sản phẩm và lập bản vẽ sản phẩm (bao gồm khuôn, bế…). 
• Tiến hành tạo mẫu, thực hiện theo quy trình mẫu và xác nhận chất lượng mẫu. 
• Xác định thông số kỹ thuật tiêu chuẩn và giới hạn của sản phẩm thông qua các cuộc họp duyệt mẫu với khách hàng. 
• Phát hành bản vẽ sản phẩm đã được phê duyệt. 
• Theo dõi và thông báo cho bộ phận sản xuất về các yêu cầu chất lượng sản phẩm khi có đơn hàng chính thức. 
• Quản lý công cụ dụng cụ, thiết bị, khuôn, dao bộ phận sản xuất. 
• Các công việc khác do Quản lý yêu cầu.

• Working times: Monday – Saturday (2 days/ month)

PURPOSE

• Design product according to customer request and ensure production planning. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive information required to develop new products. 
• Receive and analyze information and design information about new products. 
• Carry out product design and set up drawings of products (included mold, die cut…). 
• Conduct sample making, follow the sample process and confirm the sample quality. 
• Determining standard and limited specifications of products through sample approval meetings with customers. 
• Issuing approved product drawings. 
• Monitoring and informing the production department about product quality requirements when having an official order. 
• Manage the tools, equipment, mold and die cut in production. 
• Other jobs will be requested by Manager.
