Mô tả Công việc

· Support, audit, improve, summary and supervise 5S and Point kaizen activities at all area in the company.

· Training lean basic such as 8 wastes, value add, non -value add…. for all operators.

· Build 5S material and 5S hand book.

· Maintain and develop 5S/Kaizen database in system.

· Report 5S/Kaizen activities by weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

· Give direction, instruction and support to Kaizen leader at each area & all related employee to create a positive kaizen environment with the incentive plan.

· Control and translate all documentation to serve for training purpose (bilingual).

· Cooperate with cross function leader of each area to collect/review and evaluate point kaizen.

· Calculate and verify saving of kaizen thro cost controller.

· Direct, instruct and support SKB activities for production lines

· Standardize all template of report according to company’s requirement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education: Bachelor degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Automation

2. Professional knowledge of:

Lean knowledge
Familiarity with product and manufacturing process
Trainer skills

3. Knowledge of computer servicing:

MS Office : Power Query/ Power BI
MES system
Data analyst

4. Knowledge of foreign languages: Reasonable command of English, spoken and written

5. Other (e.g. competences):

Communication and training skills
Eager to learn
Responsible and accurate
Self / team leading skills
Pro-active

6. Professional experience:

Mandatory: 1-2 years experience in the shop floor of the production
Preferred: 1 years on similar position
