Mô tả Công việc

1. Comprehensively manage all customs and logistics operations at the Vietnam factory.

2. Coordinate customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, regulations, import/export policies, and company procedures.

3. Oversee all logistics activities, including inbound/outbound transportation, shipment coordination, and documentation processing.

4. Monitor and control logistics costs.

5. Manage customs risks, maintain customs manual balances, and ensure proper use of bonded customs equipment.

6. Facilitate smooth operations between the department and Production, Sales, and Finance.

7. Track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.

8. Proficient in creating various EXCEL, WORD, and PPT documents.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. No gender restrictions, 30-45 years old.

2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, International Trade, or related field.

3. Honest, trustworthy, highly responsible, and possessing strong professional ethics.

4. Familiar with Vietnamese customs laws, regulations, and import/export procedures.

5. Minimum 5 years of logistics and customs operations experience.

6. Experience in new factory setup, particularly in Export Processing Enterprises (EPE), and collaboration with customs/government agencies preferred.

7. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Vietnamese and Chinese ;
