The Digital Loyalty & Engagement Specialist is responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution to drive customer adoption of the Sika loyalty mobile application. This role focuses on designing and executing end-to-end customer journeys—from scanning QR codes to redeeming rewards—ensuring a seamless experience for target users. The position balances marketing automation, data-driven engagement, and the physical coordination of the rewards ecosystem. A key priority for this position is the successful offline deployment of the program through the design and execution of "train-the-trainer" sessions for distributors. Additionally, this person shall be in charge of tracking and monitoring the program's success by analyzing data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
