As a Maintenance Manager , your main missions are:
Supervise the Plant Engineering and Maintenance function in accord to approved policies and in a continuous and optimize cost of maintenance
1.1. General Maintenance
Manage and oversee the installation, repair and upkeep of company’s property, mechanical systems, buildings, security and infrastructure
Ensure Safety Develop scheduled preventative maintenance plans and see that the plans are executed.
Monitor compliance with all local and state building, electrical, plumbing, chiller, compress air, fire alarm, fire fighting system, water treatment system, , CCTV system and safety regulations.
Inspect on a routine basis all buildings, grounds, power distribution, plumbing, and temperature-humidity control systems for maintenance, replacement or additions.
1.2. Production Maintenance
Set and follow up preventive maintenance planning for all production equipment
Manage the team balance and organize the job
Assure all assigned personnel meet established job requirements and needed training is identified and implemented to plan.
Measure, check and monitor the performance of staffs, the equipment and machines.
Make sure that production equipment are available and prepare on time for production
Control spare parts
Follow up, improve and set new production standard
Perform all supervisory functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as designed
