About Us
We are a fast-growing makeup brand operating in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, specializing in color cosmetics. We collaborate closely with KOLs, KOCs, agencies, and media partners to deliver high-impact influencer and digital marketing campaigns aligned with our brand positioning.
We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator (KOL/KOC) who can handle both Marketing and KOL/KOC Business Development scopes, with strong experience in influencer marketing, content coordination, and a solid understanding of social media trends in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Content Coordination
· Write or refine video scripts aligned with campaign objectives, brand tone, and makeup usage requirements.
· Coordinate content production with KOLs (style/vibe) and internal teams to ensure content is on-brief, on-brand, and on-trend.
· Develop content ideas and short-form video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms, mainly for KOL/KOC content.
· Work closely with Content, BD, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
· Review, provide feedback, and quality-check content before posting, focusing on visual quality, storytelling, and makeup demonstration accuracy.
· Track and analyze content performance (views, engagement, content effectiveness).
· Use performance data to optimize content direction, script structure, and creator selection for future campaigns.
· Stay updated on makeup trends, TikTok trends, and Gen Z content styles, and proactively propose effective social media content approaches.
2. Business Development & KOL Partnerships
· Proactively source, build, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs/KOCs, especially in the makeup & beauty category.
· Lead cost negotiation, collaboration terms, and content scope with KOLs/KOCs.
· Manage KOL contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
· Leverage and expand existing beauty KOL/KOC networks.
· Act as the main point of contact between KOLs, agencies, and internal teams.
Requirements
· Good English communication skills.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Marketing, or Content-related roles.
· Makeup/beauty brands background is a strong advantage.
· Solid understanding of the Vietnam KOL/KOC market.
· Ability to conceptualize short-form video content and write engaging scripts.
· Data-oriented mindset, able to use content performance metrics to improve quality.
· Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Gen Z communication styles.
· Basic video editing skills are a plus.
· Strong interest and knowledge in makeup & beauty products.
· Proactive, responsible, hardworking, and professional attitude.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
