About the job
We are an education-focused company dedicated to creating products that inspire learning and personal growth. We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and prospective families, executing multi-channel content strategies and high-impact events to drive lead generation and brand engagement. Working closely with our dynamic teams, you will help transform interest into enrollment while ensuring a consistent and authoritative brand voice across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Conversion Optimisation
Implement and maintain long-term and short-term content plans across social media, website, email marketing, and blogs, specifically designed to address the needs of Parents and Students to capture high-quality leads.
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to produce high-converting ad copy and landing pages that support Click-Through Rates and Conversion Rates.
Ensure a consistent and authoritative brand voice while maintaining a strong call-to-action (CTA) focus across all communication channels.
Offline Activities & Top-of-Funnel Engagement
For Parents: Execute and coordinate specialist workshops, webinars, and talk shows focused on educational pathways and student wellbeing to gather qualified data.
For Students: Implement activations, including academic competitions and experiential open days, to increase brand reach and student participation.
Partner closely with the Admissions team to ensure lead nurturing and the successful transition of event attendees into the enrolment pipeline.
Digital Presence & Community Management
Cultivate and manage online communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, Zalo, or forums) to maintain engagement and foster long-term relationships with prospective families.
Monitor and protect the organisation’s brand reputation across educational forums and digital platforms.
Performance Analysis & Market Insights
Collaborate with the Performance team to track content engagement metrics and lead quality.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market reviews to identify new opportunities for innovative offline and online activations.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in marketing communications or branding (education or service brands preferred).
Skills & Capabilities
Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, marketing communications, and digital platforms.
Good writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
Ability to execute according to brand guidelines and communication frameworks.
Strong coordination, organization, and teamwork skills.
Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR) to optimize content effectiveness.
Mindset & Attributes
