Mô tả Công việc

Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Oversee content creation for digital platforms, brochures, advertising materials, and promotional catalogs.
Manage and execute promotional activities, including creating and distributing POP/POSM at the point of sale.
Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Lead brand-building efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with sales teams and participate in road trips to the provinces to support sales efforts.
Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery of projects.
Manage digital presence, including website, SEO, and social media.
Monitor marketing budgets and prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports on campaign effectiveness.
Another task as assigns by the supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.

- Proven working experience in marketing for 5 years, within furniture or interior design industry is preferable.

- Have knowledge and understanding of online and offline marketing communication

- Able to create communication strategies to build online communities

- Have skills in using graphic programs such as Photoshop

- Good English written and verbal communication

Giới thiệu về công ty

Công ty TNHH Panel Plus là công ty sản xuất và phân phối Ván Dăm, được thành lập vào năm 1990, Panel Plus là một lĩnh vực kinh doanh mở rộng từ Tập đoàn sản xuất đường Mitr Phol (lớn thứ 4 trên Thế Giới). Panel Plus sử dụng bã mía từ quá trình sản xuất đường để sản xuất Ván Dăm với công nghệ cao và thân thiện với môi trường. Ngoài bã mía, dăm gỗ cao su cũng được sử dụng làm nguyên liệu bổ sung để nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất. Gần đây, chúng tôi quyết định thành lập dây chuyền sản xuất mới để sản xuất giấy melamine và ván dăm phủ melamine nhằm phục vụ khách hàng với nhiều nhu cầu khác nhau. Bên cạnh đó, Panel Plus còn nhận giải thưởng là Nhà tuyển dụng xuất sắc nhất 2 năm liên tiếp (2017/2018).
